The people who say "but the data says" and ignore the enormous amount of ambiguity and bias in *recording that data,* and the core fact that all studies and all science begins with anecdotal data and personal experience, have completely reversed the logic of science.
If you ignore direct experience that occurs with immediate temporal connection in literally 1000s of people, and then shortly thereafter in an order of magnitude more, you've not merely made a joke out of science, you've let the perception of "medical authority" override your common sense.

The govt has done such horrific damage to the healthcare and insurance industries that there is an entirely alternative industry of “unapproved” medical professionals and “insurance as crowd funding” being built from the ground up simply to escape the leviathan of insurance/establishment insanity.
We won’t fix the idiocy it created, but in a sly roundabout way we will get honest, sensible care and disaster protection by avoiding their system altogether. I have left it and will never look back. It’s little different than fiat vs bitcoin in my mind. Going back is so idiotic that I chuckle in horror at the thought of even entertaining it.

I used to be super wired at night (literally 10pm was peak work/idea hour)
and it took me like 4 hours to actually feel "awake" in the morning. My wife put me onto light health as something I was completely neglecting, and the problem is gone... this is all i did.
The sudden rise of dementia and Alzheimer's in the 70's that continues to grow substantially to this day wasn't a random fluke...

The average American spends 4 hours every day scrolling on their phone. For the younger generations its almost 6.
If you don't include the time you have to sleep, that's between 90-130 days out of the year... spent just looking at our phones. If you could get that time back what would you do with it?
